Full Screen Observation Mode
Software
The software was designed to run on the TM-1000 and TM-3000 computer. All analysis steps are executed from one window. The partial screen mode allows to view SE images and EDS spectra simultaneously. The system is operated with the mouse and/or the function keys and features:
- Spectra acquisition
- Automatic element identification
- Element quantification (at.%, wt.%)
- Multiple spectra display for comparison
- Result display as table or graph
- One-click print out of report or export of spectra and results to MS Word
