Nanophoton's Confocal Laser Raman Microscope, the Raman-11 can also be configured as the Ramanplus. Whilst Raman-11 provides the fastest and highest-definition Raman imaging capability; the addition of PlusNavi functionality enables surface profiling capabilities of a confocal reflection microscope.
PlusNavi – PlusNavi enables the measurement of precise three-dimensional profiles of a sample surface. This method give exact and precise location for Raman measurements. It can generate extended focus images the allow one to find regions of interest.

Reflected light confocal observation gives the precise extended focus reflected image (gray color). The Raman observation gives data on crystal quality. The data, as acquired, are automatically overlaid.
